That is especially true when they R dancing! All eyes R on the couple as a team. If they are not working together they R not working properly! A person dancing solo, has 2 understand their audience & work them 2 make it happen! Which is Easier?! Niether! It's just different. Always REMEBER 2 Smile! If you can't Smile, and look unHappy as U dance then that means that you R working too Hard. If that happens, you need to slow down and catch up to yourself. Never give up on yourself. just when you think you're never gonna be able to do it, is when a Break through happens. so keep trying. I can remember in some of my dance classes that the instructor or Director would choreograph something that we all thought was literally totally impossible to do. But we broke the routine down into phases and worked on each separate moment and surely , slowly things started to work. We couldn't believe we were doing such complicated moves!! Lastly, but most import of all, make sure that you dance like you feel the Music & the Rhythm coming from your Heart and the Music coming from your Soul! Not from your Head or your toes!! Listen 2 the Music & the Rhythm & let your Body go. . . . Remember to stand tall and be proud of yourself as you dance. Be proud to show the audience what you are made of and enjoy doing it. If you make a mistake or two, oh well maybe no one will notice or care when they are absorbed in watching you open your hearts to them!! When dancing a lot, make sure to do a lot of stretching. It will prevent your muscles from getting stiff and from having any injuries occur. When working with a Partner, like in Real like, make sure 2 work together. Find places in your dance routine where you can check on each other to make sure you are in Sync. Do lots of planning ahead, like a Wedding. That way, the day of the Big Event you can just Relax, Be YOurself, Enjoy the Moment and go with the flow!!
